PROCESSING TIME

Standard Orders

  • Processing Time: 2-3 business days

  • Custom Engraving: Additional 3-5 business days

  • Gift Packaging: No additional processing time

Expedited Processing

For urgent orders, expedited processing is available for an additional fee:

  • Rush Processing (1 business day): $25

  • Same-Day Processing: $50 (orders placed before 12:00 PM EST)

Processing time begins after payment confirmation and does not include shipping transit time.

  • Secured within a reinforced shipping carton

Additional Services

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

Address Accuracy

  • Ensure shipping address is complete and accurate

  • Include apartment/suite numbers when applicable

  • Provide recipient phone number for delivery coordination

  • PO Boxes accepted for orders under 5 pounds only

Delivery Preferences

  • Signature Required: Orders over $500 require adult signature

  • Safe Location: Specify delivery instructions during checkout

  • Business Delivery: Include business name and hours of operation

  • Hold for Pickup: Available at carrier facilities upon request

DELIVERY ISSUES

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed:

  • Package will be held at local carrier facility

  • Customer will receive notification with pickup instructions

  • Packages held for 5-10 business days before return to sender

  • Redelivery fees may apply for subsequent delivery attempts

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not refuse delivery; accept and inspect contents

  • Document damage with photos of box and contents

  • Contact us within 48 hours for immediate resolution

  • Replacement items will be expedited at no charge

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Report missing packages within 5 business days of expected delivery

  • We will investigate with carrier and provide resolution

  • Insurance claims will be processed for covered losses

  • Replacement or refund provided upon claim resolution

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DETAILS

Customs and Duties

  • Customs forms completed accurately for all international shipments

  • Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are customer responsibility

  • Packages may be delayed for customs inspection

Restricted Countries

We currently cannot ship to:

During holiday periods (November 15 - January 15):

Holiday Cutoff Dates

  • Christmas Delivery: Order by December 20 (standard shipping)
