  • These variations are considered part of the product's authentic character

  • All dimensions and weights are approximate

  • Materials are as described but may show natural variation

  • Custom engraving services are subject to design limitations

  • We reserve the right to substitute materials of equal or greater quality when necessary

Availability

  • All products are subject to availability

  • We reserve the right to discontinue products without notice

  • Pre-orders and custom items may have extended delivery times

  • Limited edition pieces are available while supplies last

PRICING AND PAYMENT

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • Current pricing applies to confirmed orders only

Payment Methods

Custom Orders

For custom engraving or special requests:

  • Design approval required before production begins

  • Custom orders are non-refundable once production starts

  • Additional lead time applies to all custom work

  • Design changes after approval may incur additional fees

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping terms are governed by our separate Shipping Policy

  • Risk of loss transfers to customer upon carrier pickup

  • Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees

  • Delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues are beyond our control

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days if:

  • Product is in original, unused condition

  • Original packaging and materials are included

  • Return is initiated through our customer service

  • Item was not custom-made or personalized

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact customer service for return authorization

  2. Package item securely in original materials

  3. Include return authorization number with shipment

  4. Ship via trackable method at your expense

Refund Terms

  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days of receipt

  • Original payment method will be credited

Exchanges

Liability Limitations

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

  • Claims must be made within 1 year of purchase

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Website content, images, and descriptions are copyrighted

PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our website or services to:
